On Loan From God!
Horseback Riding and Camp
We invite you to visit Langkilde Wild Mustang Ranch our secluded campground surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest. It's a peaceful haven for horse lovers, bicyclists, hikers, repelling enthusiasts or anyone who just wants to get away from it all. We even have our own beautiful Cave called Peters Cave, Creeks and a Waterfall on the property for your enjoyment. You won't find any place like it!
Langkilde Wild Mustang Ranch is perfect for small to large groups. Bring your Horses and/or Camper, RV, Horse Trailer, or Tent and lets have some fun!
Our Ranch offers camping spots, cabins (coming soon), kitchen and bath for your use in the main cabin. We also have spacious shaded corrals for your horses or mules. The campground is primitive and does not offer electric and water at this time, but our future plan is to have these features installed.
Our goal is to provide you, your family, or group with a vacation that will send you home wishing every day could be a "Langkilde Mustang Ranch" day!
Pick your spot. We have areas ready for your tie-line, offering great shade and creek access for the horses, or we also have corrals and stalls available, as well. We have plenty of water and hay for your horses too.
With thousands of acres of Daniel Boone National Forest around Langkilde Mustang Ranch there is no need to load and haul horses to ride. The hundreds of miles of trails right on the property or outside the gate include everything from Forest Service roads to elk and deer trails. There is a great variety of terrain to fit everyone's level of experience.
We are constantly adding the little extras to make your trip perfect, so just ask and we may have it or could accommodate with new items upon request.
After you have seen all we have to offer here at our ranch, you will love it as much as we do.
